Two Unfortunate Driving Errors Caused a Fatal Grayson Car Accident

A Gwinnett County teenager, Brittany Sailor, age 16, was killed in a Sunday night car accident. As Sailor was attempting to make a left turn from Graystone Parkway onto Lakeview Road, another car struck her vehicle, according tothe AJC.

Sailor passed away at the accident scene, and the passenger in her vehicle was treated at a nearby hospital. Neither of the teenage girls in the car was wearing seat belts.

Gwinnett Police identified the driver as 23-year-old Mutajah Paasewe from Grayson, Ga. He has since been charged with driving under the influence.

This was such an unfortunate accident as both parties made errors that contributed to the Grayson car crash.

Driving under the influence of alcohol and not using a seat belt are obviously different mistakes drivers make. But, if both or even one of these things had not occurred, the accident may have been prevented.
