On Monday, August 1, 2011, three children and two adults were injured in
a Hiram, Georgia accident on Highway 278 near Highway 92. This crash occurred
around 6:30 a.m. and sent all three children to the hospital with serious injuries.
Police said that the children sustained more serious injuries than the
adults. One was taken to Paulding County Hospital by ambulance with very

to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta with serious injuries as well.
After the one child was taken to Paulding and stabilized, that child was
then flown to Children's Healthcare as well.
As of late Monday, two of the children remained in critical condition,
facing life-threatening injuries. The children are aged from 4 to 9.
The Georgia State Patrol is investigating this two-vehicle crash in order
to determine the cause of the wreck.
The Kalka Law Group would like to wish the children injured in this Georgia
crash a full and complete recovery.
