The Douglasville woman responsible for hitting and killing a 17-year-old
pedestrian has been charged with first-degree vehicular homicide, reckless
driving and failure to stop for a school bus that had activated its stop
arm and red lights. The traffic accident happened on Cedar Mountain Rd.
in Douglas County when the girl exited a school bus and was crossing the
road when struck by a car.
